an introductory talk on ACHTA sanctioned events
Some of the topics they will cover  -
Who/What is ACTHA and why we do it?
What is a CTC and an AOC?
The format of the event?
What to expect?
Can I/my horse do this?
What about obstacles?
Membership – (or not) Divisions
 
Business meeting will follow.
 
Drinks will be provided.
Snack/dessert contributions appreciated.

Directions to Powhatan Public Library at Fighting Creek Park: 
Heading west on Rt. 60, turn left on Mann Rd.  (VDOT is on the corner).  At the intersection with Rt. 13 (Stop sign), continue straight on Mann Rd. into Fighting Creek Park.  The library will be the first building on the left.  The outer sliding doors may be closed.  If so, manually slide them to the left and come in.  The entrance to the meeting room is through the first door on the right (before you go there the next set of glass doors).
